2. Model Scouting & Application Guidelines

• Authenticity of Materials: All model applicants must provide accurate personal data, true measurements, and unedited, non-filtered photographs (headshots, profile, full body polaroids).
• Age Requirements: Applicants under 18 years of age must have explicit consent and written approval from a parent or legal guardian prior to auditioning or signing representation contracts.
• No Application Fees: I&R Models KE does NOT charge any upfront fees to apply or audition for scouting calls. Beware of fraudulent representatives impersonating agency scouts.

3. Client Booking & Casting Terms

• Booking Confirmation: Model bookings for fashion shows, commercial shoots, brand endorsements, or runway events are only valid once officially confirmed in writing by I&R Models KE booking management.
• Usage & Licensing Rights: Image and video rights assigned to clients are strictly limited to the agreed scope, campaign duration, territory, and media formats specified in the booking confirmation agreement.
• Overtime & Working Conditions: Clients must provide safe, professional working environments, proper changing facilities, and adhere to agreed call times. Standard day rates apply up to 8 working hours; overtime is billed accordingly.

4. Code of Conduct & Professional Ethics

I&R Models KE enforces zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct. Represented models and booking clients are expected to maintain professional punctuality, respect, and integrity across all productions, castings, and international placements.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All brand logos, comp card designs, agency imagery, and digital content published on this platform remain the exclusive property of I&R Models KE and its respective photography rights holders. Unauthorized duplication or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Representation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with agency contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
